“My husband and I have used Michael Byer and his team at HMR twice. First was for our condo, which we sold. Obviously we were pleased with Michael's remodeling work, because when we bought a freestanding home in the same development, we decided to go with him again for an even bigger remodeling job, including new kitchen, four baths, floors, walls, windows, the works. He didn't disappoint. The work was completed on time and with high quality. No delays. His folks were all pros, and I like dealing with one person who is responsible for overseeing everything. When there were problems (inevitable), they were quickly remedied. Because we have another home in a different state, we employ Michael for concierge service while we are gone. His folks regularly check our home, and make sure everything is ready when we return. We often say we wish we had another Michael up North!”
