PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project consists of the home renovation management services of a three thousand square feet house in Polo Club, Boca Raton, Florida. Assisting in management supervision and coordination of whole house demolition to a fully renovated house, including all (3) bedrooms, all (3) bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry area, leaving room, sunroom, construction of a new loft as a second floor, outdoors (pool, outdoor kitchen, driveway, landscaping, etc). HMR did oversee and assist the install of new backsplash, new countertops, new floor, appliances, alarm system, TVs & sound system, new lighting through the house and the running of a new line for the installation of a new propane tank. This house remodeling project included custom cabinetry throughout the space and a custom stairway to the loft.
